• i already search in this forum and i didn't found the pump timing for the 1.9 N/A... i found for 1.9TD, 1.9TD and 1.6 N/A. anyone knows the mm's for the 1.9 N/A?

• I initially set mine at 1.00mm just to see. Was okay and started fine cold but real noisy. I then retarded it  without the gauge to what i thought was maybe .90 but after checking was at .85. Ran okay at both except harder to start cold. Now have a Giles pump set at .95.

  1.00mm it's noisy and 0.95mm don't have noise?
  what's a giles pump?

• Yes quieter now with the timing at .95 Check out http://www.performancediesel.ca/. His pumps are all over here. I'm still tweaking the fuel screw, but i figure i now have about 85-95 hp compared to the 75 it had before and the 60 that my original 1.7 had.
