5 bucks says he doesnt know, but still manages to add a link to a parts supplier or manufacturer for no apparent reason.

The inlet and outlet are slightly larger on the K14.
The oil line is also different.

OOh that hurt's  :P

manifolds are different , I have both turbo's and manifolds

Return hose assys are different:

K03 has two bolt adapter on the hose assy for the Turbo

K14 has a female fitting  on the hose assy for the turbo

Both have Banjo fittings for the block return...

You both owe me money !

i have 2 k14's - one from an eco-diesel and one on my aaz - the one on the aaz has the triangular inlet flange and ko3/ko4 style outlet, and the eco-diesel one is like the t3/k24 style with trapezoidal inlet and swaure outlet. i havnt had them bot next to eachother, but i think the compressor sides are about the same. outlets from turbines appear same diameter (exducer diameter). but trust me that the one on the aaz is actually a k14 - it still has its little plaque and is quite readable.

if i understand correctly, the k14 will mate to a T3 style manifold and exhaust but will need a modded oil return.?? right?

I've had several K14s from AAZ engines and they ALL had the trapezoidal flange for the exhaust inlet and the square flange for the outlet.  Are you sure you don't have one k14 and one k03??  Sure sounds like it.  I need pictures or I don't believe you.   :P  Even if the plaque says it's a k14, if the exhaust inlet and outlet were the K03 style I'd still think someone swapped the plaque or compressor before believing that it was a k14...

thats fair i guess... i'll go get pic.

ok, so here is the spot where i concede defeat :-)

i went to take a photo of hte plaque i was sure was on the turbo, (which is behind all my intercooler piping and still frggn hot from a long drive) and i start thinking "i'm on drugs, why do i think i have a k14?" so anyway i begin pulling hoses and pipes and without finding any plaque i've just realised i sure do have a K03. i think a long time ago i have got it all confused in my head because of the k14 thats been sitting on my workbench for a year or so now.

but, after lots of inspection, its clear to me that i have a k03. nothing about the turbo looks k14, apart from the fact its got KKK on the exhaust housing :-) the centure section is definately k03-esque.

so, for all those wanting to run 20+ psi on a 1.9 with the k03 - seems fine. been doing it for 40,000km now :-D
