Charge pipe question?

So as some of you know i am putting a 1.6td into a samurai, and i recently finished my intercooler mounting. So it is time to plumb the charge pipes. Where i had planned on running the pipes i noticed it comes within 1.5-2" of my exhaust, will this be much of an issue that i should rethink my plumbing? or could i put heat wrap around the charge pipes like i did to my stack, and would it help keep the radiating heat out of my intake air?

Ill post up a picture my pics seem to be loading pretty slowly so i will update with better pictures as i get them.
