How do you post sound bytes?

I have a recording of my noisy engine, how do I post the noise?

You can probably post it to a hosting site and then link it to here

If you take the recording as a video instead of just sound, post it on youtube or photobucket (although they may accept plain sound byte recordings).

photobucket can really mess with the sound quality of your videos.
