Just don't fool yourself into thinking that's any different than less torque with the correct ARP moly lube. Be very careful with torque numbers & different lubes, some poor guy is going to read this & go torque his arp's to 110ft/lbs with the arp lube & break something. Using oil as a lube you should reduce bolt torque specs for a dry connection by 15-25%. Using a moly based lube (arp stuff) torque should be reduced by 50%. So adding 25% to the stock arp with moly lube recommendation & using motor oil makes no difference to the clamping force.
