It's probably too late now but do you have any pictures showing what was done to make it fit the mk3?

Not sure if this link will work, if not go back and look at the first pic a few posts back.

If you look at the edge on the block at the # 1 end, you can see where it's been ground down. Apparently there is some company that sells the mount to let this slip into a Mk 3 ?? I wasn't paying much attention [ see my last post ] where my guy brought it to me so i'm not really sure what the deal is.
