Sunroof seal
« on: July 16, 2009, 12:31:38 am »
In the  process of redoing the headliner I had to remove the interior sunroof seal. My question is do I have to install a new seal? I'm not having much luck putting the old one back in. Its the last step for me. Also does anyone have a good source for sunroof seals both outer and inner, I would like to replace the outer for sure and I suspect the interior as well. Gluing the fabric on was a little harder than I thought. It has a few wrinkles, a spot that didn't stick and I cracked the backing board on install. Oh well :-\
Thanks,
Jay

Thats a tough one there...
The outer sunroof seals are usually worth $100 new,
from the dealer.

Never needed an inner, dont know those..
