ahh, the Ranch. Been here 16 years and still haven't done it. If you bring your Snycro my buddy John would be all over it, he has an 83 Vanagon w a 1.9 aaz td.

Yeah, it's quite an operation.... Couple of DeHavilland twin Otter turboprops, they zip you up to 13K and you jump out lashed to a wild-eyed Russian... Best time I've ever had with my clothes on. They have a squatter's camp in the woods for the hardcore jumpers, they live in tents, living on berries & vodka until a jump group comes in, then they swarm in like Jawas.

Been climbing in the 'Gunks a few times, too, really fantastic landscape there...
