Winning the war against bubbles...or so I thought.
« on: July 06, 2009, 07:20:21 pm »
Been plagued with poor economy for a while, and started trying to deal with my "bubbles".

Got rid of the seperator, new tee for my fuel filter and new fuel filter.

Went with new clear line from filter to inlet side of pump.

Bubbles are all but non existant. 99% better than before.

Have 2 problems though

1. On startup, there are STILL bubbles in the feed line for the first 10-20 seconds. Maybe there is something going on inside my fuel tank?

2. I changed the small hoses that run from injector to injector. And then I saw those little suckers!!  >:(  The little hose that runs from #2 to # 3 always has bubbling going on inside of it. ALWAYS!!   :'(

IS that supposed to be like that, or is something else going on?

Problem with my injectors?

There are no fuel leaks. none, nada, zip, zilch, zero.

Front seal / shaft seal on the pump is nice and dry

Help me rid my jetta of those little devils   ;D

Thanks in advance for any help
