water meth question

I searched and read previous threads but my question wasnt answered!
Anybody here running running this with a pre-turbo nossle and k14 or t2 turbo? If so how did it effect spool up time? Did the turbo spool any earlier?
The setup Ive bought is a 1gph pre turbo and 3gph post ic with a 150psi surflo pump.
