UPDATE!!
So i finally had a good day where I was free to look at my turn signal problems.
Oh my dear Christ what a frigging nightmare!
So i took the front bumper off so i could have the sockets free and easy to maneuver and what not. Took the battery out. Hooked the Ground and Positive for the fuse-box up to jumper cables to my battery on the ground. Prior to all this the left side still had running lights. AFTER the left side did not have running lights

So i checked each left side socket, checked the fuses. Fuse was fine, no power at any socket. Unbolted the fuse-box and gave everything a good wiggle. Checked for power at the sockets again, i tried adding in my own ground to the front thinking maybe it was the ground.. shorted something out and blew the fuse.. Replaced the fuse, and gave everything a wiggle again.. Left side blinkers started working!! (dont even ask, cuz i dont kno wat i did) and miraculously this wiggle session caused all but one left side running light to work. Just the little one beside the left headlight now doesn't work and the bulb looks good.. if i had another one i would have replaced it..
This is really the first electrical gremlin I have experienced with this car, like one where it actually confused the piss outta me

I had my horn take a crap on me.. but that was an easy fix, added in my own wires and relay.. turn signals on the other hand are beyond me
So waht was the cause? a bad ground? Oddly enough I believe all the grounds for the lights are back under the dash... All three wires that go to the front turn signals all go back through the wiring harness through the fire wall. After a good wiggle they started to work again.. How weird is that?
Still that one little guy that doesn't work though

what do you think his problem is?
Pic for clicks ? lol
