Hi everyone just want to say hello since I am new here.
I donīt have a real VW as most of you guys but this is one of the few places where you can get any usefull info on the VW/Volvo D24TIC so I thought it was A good idea to sign up!

Welcome aboard. How long have you owned the car for?

Thank you. This car I have owned for about 6 months but it is my fourth volvo with the inline 6 from vw I have also owned a volvo v70 tdi with the 5 cylinder 2,5 audi / vw engine. and also a couple of seat toledos with the 1,9 tdi engine.
 Benefits of owning an old volvo in sweden is obvious the availability of cheap spares, but when it comes to the D24TIC the parts are rare and expensive, however there are quite alot of the d24 guys here that are pushing 200 bhp with fairly small means of tweaking.
