well, after some scrapping, found some numbers on the compressor housing. 84... is this the AR?
is it too big? will it lag too much?
i´m also intercooling the engine, on order to keep it fresh, will this bring me trouble? the turbo td04h with fmic?

Well if the 84 is actualy the A/R of the compressor it is exactly twice as big as the stock Garrett I have from a 83 Jetta T/D {42}. Garrett also stamped the A/R of the compressor right inside the compressor outlet also, at least back then. I have a feeling that turbo is too big to be of much use but since you have it give it a try and let us know it turns out, that's how we all learn
yeah, i guess you are right...
just waiting fo the downpipe flange to be machined and when i assemble the thingamagig i´ll let you know...
already have a T3 just in case...
