i am in whistler British-columbia.. It is 50$ for a greyhound shipping. Otherwise, my girlfriend could pick it up, she is in toronto. Is it functionning or it will be a nightmare? Valves are ok?

Valves look ok. The head has severe pitting in at least 2 of the cylinder areas. It doesn't look like it will effect the sealing area though. The cam and related pieces are still installed in the head. VC is not.

I have a good useable one with minimal cracks between valves and I am
closer to you so shipping shouldn't be too bad.
PM me if interested.

How much do you sell it for.. If you think it can still go for km's. I have to go back to quebec from BC. If you have some pics, That'll be really appreciated.

i think the distance is probably unlimited given the nature of these motors. but that is with proper installation. a proper install of a head would be to have it checked for straightness, and pressure tested. even with bad valve guides/seals, the motor will still run, but consume oil, and possibly lower compression a little. but if you don't get it checked for straightness and or pressure tested, your taking a chance. even if slightly off, the head gasket can blow...
that being said, i would trust Tyler's word on what he'd be giving you.

I wouldn't. I'd ask for pictures. Every sale should include at least 1 picture. Especially questionable stuff

I bought the injectors and this head was attached to them. The guy I bought it off of bought it off a guy who was going to put it on his 1.6 NA but gave up.
