I have a 1994 VW Jetta Diesel that I am working on and I am going to be gettng the engine rebuilt. Is there any upgrades in parts I should be doing to the engine while it is being overhauled? I will be sending my pump and injectors into Giles to get them rebuilt and will be getting the performance rebuild for the IP. I was going to get that special one way pully for the alternator so I don't get issues with the crank bolt. I have to find the post on the forums about getting a boost gauge and a Temp sensor for the engine temperature to make sure the boost isn't creating too much heat. What about an IC? how hard are the to put in and what kinda aftermarket ones are people using? Does anyone have pics showing how they routed it in? I still have to figure out as well how to adjust the boost for the K14 since there is no adjuster on this one just a solid line. Any other ideas would be great. Thanks
