WTB: whole 1.6td motor OR head OR 1.9 head
« on: January 25, 2009, 02:03:25 pm »
if this could be done within reasonable driving distance from the Poconos of PA that would be awesome but not necessary.

Looking for a cheap 1.6 head as a core so I can lessen my downtime with broken EM studs in my running ***, but if someone has a whole motor for a good price I would consider it.

I would also consider doing the AAZ 1.9 swap if the price is right and I learn how to do it and it can be done without too much pain.

my email is [email protected] ,, if you could email me there that would be great, thanks, Brian.

lord knows ive got plenty of veg, but thats a bit far.. though I know some pretty smart Canadians .. thinkfree.ca .. very interesting

either of you know about differences between an NA or turbo head, i only need a clean flat head with valve stems..

or know a good post about the 1.9 swap?

thanks
