We just had a group buy for nozzles. Good shipping time and Sean is extremely helpful. I give my recommendation. Not sure he has those nozzles but it's worth a try. The nozzles were about $17 each with free shipping! :D

I'm putting mine in today!

If you email him... mention your in Duane's group buy from wisconsin!

Maybe I will call and see what Sean can do for me?

We really really really need someone to find us the secret list of injector specs.... so many nozzles, so little time. ;-)

I thought the 293 was stock GTD. That's what I got. Apparently anyway the ratings on the nozzles have very little, if anything to do with the amount of flow.

Initially I was going to go in on the group buy too, but as well, funding was an issue. However, I just bought mine 2 weeks ago so he still accepts people for the group buy.

from what I have been reading 293=stock us spec nozzle..
I too wish there was some good info one way or the other?????
seeing how I am in the us and the injectors came from a us spec engine that the 293 is in fact a stock us spec tip....

Vince,

I actually asked Sean about nozzles and their ratings and flow amounts:

The number that relates to the nozzle, in this case 293, is that the amount of flow the nozzle produces? Would a higher number have more flow?

He replied:

"No, in this case the 293 is a design number. The DN 0 SD does tell us indirect injection of a specific size and shape but the makers tend to be less then sharing about what they mean. A number 261 or 265 will allow more fuel through but in a different cone pattern."

I think what I'm going to do is go to my local injection pump shop...I'm pretty good friends with them and I think they can help me find some Higher flow..but still a "safe pattern"....
Monday I'm gonna stop buy..

there's no secret list! i tried looking for that with no success! but what i found out was the bigger the # the more fuel and different #'s that were close to each other had to do with atomization of the fuel for emissions!
for example 261 and the 265 were the upgrade! but if you guys call Sean he can explain better then me! he's very help full and the monarch nozzels are nice products! German made can't go wrong there and every one i did work real nice! awesome spray pattern! 308 nozzels are common for the 1.9 motor 297 i would say would be a GTD spec 273 should be common 1.6 nozzels 261 i noticed my motor ran cooler! so any nozzel you can't go wrong they all work! like i said call Sean for better info!
thanks Duane
