Apologies for the spam, I posted this in an earlier thread today. Hope it answers your question!

Here's an earlier thread where it was talked about quite a bit:

100% Biodiesel / Seal Repercussions Thread

Reasonably Quick Answer: You may not need to replace anything. Then again, you might need to replace all of your seals and/or lines even if you just switch to ULSD, never mind biodiesel. If you are washing and neutralizing your biodiesel, it's possible that straight rubber lines will never have a problem. Get a jar of your B100 and throw a piece of fuel lines into it. Leave it there for months and months - it may never swell, crack, craze, anything. The seals could be a different story if you've run on Low Sulphur Diesel for a long time and are switching to Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel or Biodiesel - but it's not the B100 itself that tends to destroy seals or lines, strictly speaking. Viton is a good precaution, but may not be strictly necessary, depending on fuel quality.

Let me answer by paraphrasing Benjammin:  none of them, or all of them !

Your current seals are likely all made of the same material... either they will handle the switch from whatever you're currently running to bio (and/or ULSD) or they won't.  If they do, no problem.  If they don't... they will all eventually go.  You'll replace one, and then the internal pump pressure will find the next one that's about to go.

IMHO, if you're planning to run B100 and you're worried about your seals... pull your pump, buy a 30 dollar complete seal kit, and do 'em all.  Otherwise, you'll find yourself doing one, and then another, and then another... if they start to leak at all.  Some of them require you to pull the pump anyway... and your odds of success are probably better doing them on a clean workbench.

Just my CDN $0.02...

It will take a while for any leaks to show up in any case if they are caused by BD. I had my injector return lines leak after more than a year, replaced with Viton OK now. No injector seals leaking after more than 2 years. Cheers Dan
