Black on white leather. Rewrapped. Some assemebly required. The center sections need to be fastened to the seats.
These are from a mk2 but have been modified to fit a mk3. It would not be hard to get them to fit into a mk1/2 again.

As you can see the seats are dirty. It should wash right out. The guy I got them off of had them in storage and a bike tire was on the driver side seat. I fully expect it to wash off but I don't know for sure.
The material seems identical to the quality that was used on the mk2 flair seats. Pleather may be more accurate.
Here is the assembly required area. I don't have the hardware but I imagine it is similar to GTI seats and possible the stock seats.
