I just picked up a diesel cluster with a tach off of the Canadian Parts forum at the Vortex for $30 + $15 for shipping.  If you guys are still looking for a diesel cluster w/ tach I suggest you keep an eye on the Canadian forums at the Vortex, they seem to pop up there frequently for a decent price.
