I'm cheap. I don't think im ever going to use a parts store ever again unless that site doesn't have what i'm looking for. You can choose the manufacturer and often its OEM. For Canadians it's the way to go for sure.
Did i link to that site?
http://www.importcarpartscanada.ca/index.wwsthere it is. It's worth taking a look.
Some things at the dealer are stupid
you can say that again.. the o-ring for the intermediate shaft is about $0.90 on different online parts stores, and about $8 at the dealer...
and what about ball joints? about $70 for one... and i bought two online for about $30... theirs should come with a lifetime warranty
Some things at the dealer are stupid, some are very reasonable. Start training your parts guy and get him to look up parts for you
lol, when I went to the dealership to get o-rings for the coolant flanges - the parts guy (who was older) spent 20 minutes trying to find the rings on the computer. Maybe he was a sales guy filling in?
Aivars
Sometimes the dealer parts are better, sometimes the are the same. I always like to compare both.
Don't know if you guys have head of this site, but I figured I'd spread the word since they have OEM and aftermarket parts for dirt cheap. One of the better sites I've come accross so far, great customer service.

$5 part is great, but $20 shipping onto of it, duty, taxes, exchange, makes it a $40 in no time.
there's a bunch of Canadian online parts stores that should have what you need.
o-ring but does not list the right flange.. just for the side of the head.
although with the way they word things.. i'm not 100% sure thats the right o-ring
