WTB sno-way plow for a rabbit/caddy

WTB a snow plow for a rabbit ! i been looking for one for years!
the closest i've found is the risers and a pic. or an add from a magazine
VW&Porsche from the early '80's
can somebody make the pic. work for me
any info or close up pics of how it's mounted would be great!

That's an interesting looking plow rig.  I wonder what is used to supply the hydraulics, an electric pump or a pump running off the accessory belt?

everything is contained on the "A" frame!
just cables that go to the battery!

The company that built them originally is still in business but doesn't offer VW plows any longer. http://www.snoway.com/  Knowing what plowing can do to a full-frame pickup, I don't think I would want to put one on a VW.

yes i know all that! their actually made right here in wisconsin! the company has been bought out a few times! i have been talking with an employee on another forum ! but he tells me that they have not made them in the 19years he's been there ! and pretty much can't help me any further!
i basically want it for historical purposes and for shows!

My business does sub-contracting work for Sno-Way.  They make great plows, but this one might be like trying to find a needle in a haystack.  Once you find it, that needle might be too rusty to use.

I would look into an ATV plow. You'll need a front GVWR of at least 2250lbs for any other plow including one of the plastic Snoway plows.

The pictured plow would only be good for light snow on pavement anything else and the car will get destroyed, stuck, high centered etc. All that weight leveraged off the front end will accelerate the wear on all the components just driving it around let alone moving several hundred pounds of snow.

Go with an ATV plow raised and lowered with a small electric winch. You will have to build the mount yourself, if you have a welder it wouldn't be too difficult. I just built one for a 7' steel blade in about a half day. I would go with the caddy so you can put 400 lbs of sand in the back.

I can't really imagine a little waskawy wabbit moving much snow in any kind of hurry. It just doesn't ... "happen" in my head
