If you supply the nozzles we can do it for $70

Otherwise, we need to know what merc nozzles you want to run, price them out and get back to you on a final price.

I guess I'm slightly ignorant on the subject of nozzles but the ones I've heard that offer a slight performance boost were the merc 300TD nozzles....I don't know the part number but do you keep these in stock?....and will I really feel the difference....I would prefer to source the nozzles from you if they would be the same price or very close....like I said I need nozzles bad (I have a drippy one and it gives my diesel the death rattle)....the engine is a 91' eco turbo diesel...so will my cores be good for TD injector swap?....let me know....need these asap....thanks.... :D

nozzle for M/B
« Reply #6 on: November 11, 2008, 08:45:20 am »
Hi guys

if you really want to use the M/B nozzles here are your options.

DNOSD220  $37 EACH
DNOSD240  $55 EACH  >  this was the most commonly used M/B nozzle
DNOSD265  $59 EACH
These prices are based on Bosch Canadian pricing
They are also Genuine BOSCH not knockoffs or chinese.

these are all the nozzles used in the M/B cars for the 300 series.

I must tell everyone that these nozzles where developed for M/B
exclusively, i would not use them in my car (VW)
if some one has done some testing and found one of these to be
better than stock DNOSD293 or the GTD DNOSD274 then
i would like to hear from them

Giles

If you are supplying the nozzles it is $70, including shipping back to you.

If you want us to supply the nozzles, We'd have to check the price of the nozzles and go from there.

Have a look at the previous post updated.

I am still going to be posting a new price structure in regards

I assume a nozzle upgrade would be important when "hotrodding" your IP but is it necessary?   I will probably just give you a call one of these days, I am in the process I throwing a 1.9TD in a Corrado and until it is running it seems pointless to have a modded IP.  I am just wanting a heads up I guess you could say.  Oh and is the sale still on?  Thanks,

-Dale
