I put a amplified antenna ( bladetype ) new from ebay u.k. installed on the roof of my caddy

I installed a South African front end : fenders, core support , bumper, grilll and didnt want a hole in the fender
paid 110.00 for the amp antenna, had to run a pos wire and a fuse to install

ran the two wires up the A pilliar and new complete int after that

I just centered it..

I'm interested, but what do I do with the hole in the front fender once I take out the stock antenna? Its a powered one that extends out, broken of course.

When I installed my new South african front clip the fenders had no hole for it, I went with a amplified blade type on the center of my caddy roof, Looks like a little shark

Even if I don't decide to put a roof mount on, how do I replace the antenna anyways? Sorry for the hijack

GAP has these as well, I bought a replacement Hirschmann unit for my Corrado.  The "rake" angle of the antenna is a little bit different than the o.e.m. Fuba, but the mounting and wiring is exactly the same.
