Room for inlet and exhaust manifold?

I have stripped my car of all techical parts so I can't measure any clearances myself. I'm looking for a bit of help...

Can someone please measure the distance between the cyl head and the fire wall on a Mk2 Golf/Jetta 8V  ( 1.6 TD in my case ). We're fabbing up an exhaust manifold for my new turbo so I would need to know the clearance.

Furthermore, does anyone know if a 1.9 D NA (1Y) inlet manifold fits there?
I know that on a Seat Cordoba it does not.
