I haven't checked to see if the wastegate is stuck open but I just plumbed into the line that goes to the diaphram on the IP and ran a tube to a 0-30 psi gauge I got at the hardware store. Compared to my F350 pre-powerstroke with an aftermarket ATS wastegated turbo, it does not seem to make much low end boost or get close to 10 psi like I would presume it should.
