FS: Golf Mk2 Intercooler Setup SOLD!
« on: September 11, 2008, 04:56:55 am »
I have a genuine intercooler, pipes, brackets and plastic shrouding from a MK2 Golf GTD.
I was going to use this in a GTD conversion I was doing, unfortunately the engine turned out to be toast, so now I have to sell it all.

The intercooler has not been tested however, it is in very good condition, no dents, just a few slightly bent vanes.

The pipes look excelent and currently still attached to the intercooler.

The brackets are fine, the top one being in good condition, but the lower one has rusted a bit. The nut had to be angle grinded off, the hole though is fine so it should fit fine.

The plastic shrounding is complete with battery cover, radiator cover and intercooler cover, they are all in very good condition and with a good clean would come up very well.

Looking for offers as I haven't seen a kit like this sell. Though I know they are rare.

Thanks
Will

I will give you $70. I am assuming it will bolt right on to a MKII Jetta?

For the setup I paid about £45, I looking for around the same price as it hasen't been used at all since I got it, and has been kept dry and undercover.

Looking at a currency converter this equates to around $80. So I can start bidding from $80, obviousely postage will have to be added on top. I will get a quote soon.

to make postage cheaper I'll separate piping and the plastic shroud.

edit: yes i'm pretty sure it will bolt to a mk2 jetta, i think the engine bay layout is the same.
