How hard is it to source the LDA pump for one of these engines? And will it be needed or will it run just fine for now the way it is?

car-part.com usually has one or 2 around, usually in canada though so shipping would be a bit, but you get quite few more ponies for your money.

Stock difference between ECO and LDA is 5%. But, you can obviously improve that with mods.

I may hold off on doing that just yet. Im at $5k on this conversion and still need more parts to get it up and running. I was just bummed to find out it was indeed an eco pump. But once I get it up and running I will worry about pump more horse out of it.
