Brake caliper sliders

You know it's time for new caliper sliders when your calipers use different size hex keys and a couple of them are also messed up.  :?  Instead of getting new sliders pop the bolts out of the sleeves and replace them with 4 nice new high strength bolts.  Now you know what size hex key to use and you won't destroy the rubber covers with vice grips during reinstallation.   8)  I recommend getting the replacement bolts from a fastener shop.
