I find I need to true it fairly often. Lee Valley also sells the tool to keep it true !
Actually, if you want to go that fine, www.rockler.com sells "Micro Mesh" ranging from about 2400 grit up to 12,000 grit for $3.59 per 3"X6" sheet.
