• Hi,
  
  I was just wondering if MKIII's with 1.9TD have a seperate glowplug relay.
  
  Or if it is integrated in the aux. fan control unit. If they do have a seperate one, what number is it on the fuse box and can some one please give me the part number?

• There should be a seperate relay for the glow plugs. possibly in position 11 or 12 on the fuse/relay panel. I can check tomorrow . I don't really remember as i never changed many after the mkii's.

  Once you find the relay the part # should be on it.

• Thats the thing my car doesnt have a glow plug relay. Previous owner installed sum toyota part cuz the original one was not available, i now want to install the original one..
  
  My friend has an identical car to mine and he has this extra relay and its BIG in his fuse box 028 906 124B, i ran the part number in VAGCAT and it says control unit for diesel engine
  
  I looked for glow plugs relay for 95 AAZ of VAGCAT and that gives me a totally different part number i.e 357 911 253A i ran this part number on couple of parts websites and they say glow plug relay... which i dont have in my car nor my friend!!
  
  so which one am i suppose to get for my car??
