I've seen a "generic" brand on e-bay for $85, and an autometer z-series for $125, both included probe.

Although I have not looked at the generic e-bay offerings, I would budget on spending at least about $120 for a quality pyrometer kit (to include gauge, thermocouple, and wiring.)
