At least he told us the chassis was tweaked and it did look like he salvaged allot of stuff but ya.. Bummer..

Well, lets just hope it was a lot worse off than it looked. I would think he could have sold it if it wasn't that bad, and he does seem to like VW's.

It was just an Mk2 8v Scirocco. I've met the guy before, he's cool. The car was beat, plus a lot of the parts went on to save other people's cars from the wrecker. He's also going to dismantle/destroy the twin-engine Scirocco he built a few years back.

He wont sell the Durocco. There is not a price you can name to get it from him. Hes worried someone will get it..and kill themselves. Its a liability thing and I understand. Hes not going to destroy a car that can be safely used.
