Does anyone have a calender that shows both US and CAN holidays? If so, could you please have a look to find when we share a long weekend?

Any updates Sam?

I've also had recommendations for the sand dunes in Northern Michigan

well, I've got no digicam, so I can't give you guys a digital tour of the area. The free camping is IIRC first come first serve, but I'll go check it out tomorrow afternoon. I don't usually hang out in the campgrounds, but I've never seen them full. showing up and getting a spot during the day is usually never a problem. I guess it depends on how many people we have coming.
I'll stop at the tourist center and see if they have info available.

Anything specific you need/wanna know?

If you could find out how many spots are available, how much the paid camping is in the event that there isn't enough room for everyone and a location so we can google map it. Plus anything else you can think of

Ok, so the lady at the info/tourist center didn't know anything. I've got a couple of info packets on all the paid campgrounds, but it doesn't have a price listed. I haven't had a camera so I'll take pictures tomorrow, and if I get done early tomorrow I'll drive up to the lake and find out camp sites, and pricing. my parents have property real close to there as well, the only possible issue would be parking. zipcode 16365, is about 10 miles away. I'll get more info soon(tm)

Tyler's working on it, let's do it.

Being from the States, I'd prefer Canada. Do recall some sort of campground outside Niagara Falls as a kid....

And the Canadian hosts could lead us in a driving tour of Toronto, Niagara Falls or both..

 JMO. I'm game.

I'm actually working on a camping trip in Hamilton that will involve go carting. Not kiddy go carting, real go carting that requires brakes :)
