Urgently looking for............3 section mk2 golf lamps

Anyone know where I can get a set willing to pay shipping from anywhere for them! The ones I've seen have 3 bulbs in them with a yellow tinted lower section which is sidelights, the centre section is as normal a H4 hi/lo bulb and the upper section is a H1 bulb for main beam. Anyone???
