Did Mk2 Golfs ever come with power windows or rear disc brakes? If so, what models? GTI?

Yes GTI had rear discs, not sure about power windows but probably. It should all be the same as Jetta stuff though

yes some came with power options... windows and locks. locks were air powered actually
