Custom made intercooler kit for a 1.6TD. Direct bolt on for a rabbit, and most likeley will fit on mk2/3 with little or no mods. Intercooler piping is made from 2" mandrel bent steel tubing, and flex joints are made from heavy duty rad hose. Custom made intake fitting that bolts on stock location in place of stock part. Piping needs paint. Comes with a K&N filter to take place of airbox, and clamps. Intercooler is a modified toyota unit, and fits nicely in front of the rad. Intercooler size is 12"x18 1/2"x2 1/2".
