I am really thinking about pulling My TDI and getting a Suzuki Samauri to put it in, if and when I did this I would have my 82 caddy up for sale.

chassis has about 205 on it
new bearings all around
new rear shocks
new custom seats
02J cable shift transmission with about 75k on it and shifting forks wont let trans go into 1st since they are bent everything else is perfect
new 100 mm inner and outer CV joints
GTI steering wheel
new rotors and brake pads
new ball joints
new tie rod ends
GTI sway bars yet to be installed
slider rear window with spare slider glass assembly and solid rear glass
body is in great shape for a michigan truck, there was some rust in the body that I have removed and patched, floor boards have been repaired
Topper included
New 2.5 inch straight exhaust with drivers exit behind rear tire
new parking brake cables to go with it

extra FN trans and 9 lb flywheel, intercooler and many other misc parts.

Truck is in midwest michigan.
I am not sure yet but if I can find the right samuari and the wife allows I will be doing this in the springtime I think

so what do you guys think something like this would sell for, I know that I will not get what I have into it back out of it as its the way things go. I drive this as a daily driver and have gone cross country in it (AZ to MI) and would not bat an eye at doing it again.

if someone is interested let me know and I could get this project started ASAP as I realy want to do some offroading with the TDI in a Samurai.
