Yup, you heard right. I have the remains of a 1984 Jetta GL Turbo diesel 4 door up for grabs. Only trick is, I don't really want to ship, so come and get it. Body is pretty solid but beat up. The vent windows are gone, driveline, etc. still has a decent set of back struts, four doors with glass (other than the vent windows) back window,switches, relays, instrument cluster with 138,000 on the odometer. Tell me what you need and I'll tell you if it's here.

Hmmmm, my taillight already has a piece missing, was kinda hoping for a 'complete ' lens.......How is the rear bumper?

Rear bumper is gone on the two door. Front is still there though, anyone know if it will fit?

You wouldnt wanna be a pal and ship those rear struts to the States? :wink: I did a quick UPS calculation from Bothwell to Mount Vernon, Ohio would be somewhere around 27 CAD or 22 USD. I'd be willing to pay that, plus maybe a little more for your time? My rocco's rear struts are basically toast, the rear just bounces constantly....

Don't really want to ship, and don't trust UPS. What you got quoted didn't include what ups is going to ding you for customs clearance. Been down that road, trust me!!! They tell you about that when they get there with the package!
Can't guarantee these either. might not be a lot of good. I do know that the fronts were good, they wound up on my 2 door with new strut mounts/bearings.

...hey Patrick, what about the engine, I need the head cylinder, that's 1.6 or 1.9?

Sorry, the engine is in one of my 92's, and the one that came out is lined up for a rebuild.
