what cam plate and spring with 12mm tdi pump?

What works and what doesnt? I have heard going with something other than the 12mm spring like a 10mm will keep the pump from binding at higher rpms but the 10mm is not the best. And any suggestion on camplates? Thanks for the info or directions. I need fuel bad...[/b]
