How do I keep rain from affecting my cluster connections?

That does sound pretty similar to what I saw. I took care of tightening the belts and cleaning the contacts, and put dielectric grease on the contacts. If that doesn't help, I'll pull the cluster.

Tyler- in Canada A/C might not be important, but in South Carolina, I still have fantasies about getting the A/C running again  Everything is still there, I'm hoping to be able to replace the dryer, purge the lines and change it to R-134. We will see! 8)
