New VW 1.6 or 1.9 Turbo Diesel Injector made with the larger Mercedes Spec Nozzle (part number DN0SD265). 155 Bar Opening Pressure. This is new and not rebuilt. This is a tuning injector for 1.6 Turbodiesels

i purchased 4 of these for my AAZ, they are from prothe, i have heard the name but came remeber good or bad but they are new for are 42/ injector  and with the bigger nozzles

any comments on these????

That sounds like the popular merc nozzle mod.
I don't think you need upgraded injectors on 99% of tuned IDI TDs though.
On IDI engines the injectors aren't anywhere near as important in making power as in the TDIs.
The 1.9 AAZ injectors should be OK for 60-65 hp apiece - few of us have more power than that per cylinder...
Of course if you need new injectors anyway, then why not.

I have 2 sets of Mercedes 300 injectors. One set is 115 bar and the other 135 bar. I've read here about 155 bar injectors. Are they reset not OEM setting? Both sets are pretty clean.

I'm not sure about 115 bar but 135 bar is stock for some MBs. VWs use 130 bar on the NA applications and 155 bar on the turbos.

One set came off a 300D with turbo wouldn't you expect 155 bar inj. on it?
I reading the # stamped in the inj.
