Got my turbo back from my friend with the bead blaster. Nice and clean
Completely disasembled. Had the wastegate valve seat recut, wastegate valve recut. Some small cracks in the seat, but nothing major. Looks real nice.
As it turns out, the small hole under the wastegate valve joins up and empties into the valve stem guide. It is a split design. Wierd. I will try and take photo's of everything tonight.
