These have been made in the past and are on the forum somewhere.  I remember reading about them and looking at the pictures.
2009 Jetta TDI Loyal edition, 6-spd. 16V 2.0CR

1985 VW Golf 5-spd, 4-door, 1.6NA  Bought from orig. owner in Savannah with 42,000 miles.
"Making the jump NA to TD" slow but sure.

Mike at tdtuning.com had them once.  I know he still visits this web site every once in a while.

see where i circled in red? just tighten that thing in.  my BOV has never opened and i've taken the boost past 20 psi.  it might 'leak' at 30 psi but i doubt it.  you could always remove that screw and install one with a 'tip' to hold it closed even better.  quicker cheaper, and it looks stock

nice pic.! thanks but i think i striped that little plastic screw allready and i allready siliconed a plastic cap on the other side! it works on blocking it for now! but i'm afraid either the silicone and or cap may come loose after a while just from use?  i'f i don't find them i got a fellow VW guru that will make me up some on his lathe and i have "O" rings on hand! but i just hate to take my buddys time up on this simple thing?
thanks Duane
