What is the minimum wiring needed to run 1.9 PD engines?

So when you say that you just need the power and ground with the IMO delete, I assume you are referring to the chassis connector on the ECU right?  What did you do about the intake flap and EGR?

Pretty much just the power and ground connections to the ECU.....though it is a little more complicated than that. I just left the EGR and flap solenoids disconnected. The check engine light runs off of the can-bus system so it doesn't work anyway (the MK3 cluster does not have can-bus capabilities).

It's the same thing for me, no EGR, no intake flap, no cooling fan and no glow plug, I have these code in vag-com that's all, Cooling fan and glow plug work with older controller.
