WTB turbo and manifolds for vanagon

Instead of selling my 1.7 i think i will just modify what i got. So..... i need
everything as a stock TD vanagon would have. will accept worn turbo or everything but.

yeah you said the same sorta thing in my post about different mounts for turbos. Thing is my truck came from germany with the 1.7l diesel and i don't have tons of time to sit around fabricating parts, chasing around to see what fits etc. since the motor i have is in perfect shape and i don't need tons more power is why i just want to boost it more than what i have. i'd just like to able to cruise at more than 90kms. I can get my speed fix from driving my 140hp 71 beetle[although only 3 seasons a year]

hey thanks for the great info and photo. i'm still familierizing myself with the truck and will look at the mount asap to figure exactually what you said about the mount and it's orientation. it's funny because i've worked for vw as a tech/mechanic for 21 years, but the last dealer i was at for 19 years was so small for it's first 30 years they didn't sell type 2's, and later vanagons because the showroom was too small!
