will kkk turbo bolt up to the quantum manifold?
« on: May 30, 2004, 03:46:43 pm »
Hi, Im still looking into finding a td for my vanagon, and was just wondering if the kkk turbo will bolt up to the quantum manifold?

A bit of machining would be possible...

Also is the position of the turbo its self similar? (ie do you think that by using the kkk instead of the garett I would run into trouble with clearances?)

Thanks!

I have a longitudinal engine TD exhaust manifold. it's the same bolt pattern/flange as my jetta's k24 transverse engine exh. manifold.
I repair, maintain and modify VW's and BMW's.
Good work done at affordable rates. Welding and fabricating, too.
