Ive got a dial gauge, pump and camshaft locking tools if you want to borrow them. I'm on Allesley Old Road in Coventry. I bought them to do the timing belt on my GTD so seeing as you've got a GTD pump they should work.

I warn you I've never done it before but theres loads of info on here and in the bentley so between us, the internet and the books we should be able to work out what the timing's set at.

Ive pm'd you my mobile number so you can get in touch if need be.

Replace your came plate by the TD one, and that will go much better, but not perfect, a 11mm request some adjustment.

i had to grind off half a mm to make my old cam plate fit the plunger

what "adjustments" will i need to make btw? im installing the the pump tomoz.

also does anyone know if its worth running these 1.6 n/a injectors? or shud i stick with the aaz ones, seen a few other powerful diesels running them, just thort id copy
