i need help finding a freeze plug

i need the 24mm freeze plug that goes on the pass side of the head, right behind the tensioner.... somehow my motor decided it didnt want it in there anymore :oops:


heres the # i got from vortex
correct part from VW: N 011 914 2

dealership doesnt have it though... ive tried all the local shops with no luck... ive got a 15/16" that i would rather NOT try to use, but if i have to i will...

What year car?  Is this a 1.6?  I got mine for like a buck a pop.
