Don't forget that you need to create an air line from the intake to you IP aneroid to get the fueling compensation.

I have a basically stock 92' TD with a PP 2.5" downpipe and 2.25" exhaust with the k24 turbo.  I have very little lag.  It is making 2psi by 2000 rpm (holding rpm steady on a flat).  The K24 will make 5psi almost instantly when I squash the "go-pedal" and builds to where my stock wastegate opens at around 11psi.  In the current tune it makes no appreciable smoke

"Burn" I think you will be thrilled with the k24 you have when you open up the exhaust.
